Jiu JitSU - kids
Our childrens Jiu Jitsu classes teach sport focussed aspects of martial arts to allow members to learn core skills in a fun, safe, controlled environment.
Sometimes it can seem a little scary but mostly it is a LOT of fun
Jiu JitSU - adults
Our adults class learn a wider range of techiniques to include both sporting and martial aspects of jiu jitsu.
We also like to learn other fun martial arts stuff to keep things interesting
